Pixie Stick the Dog needs a home
When Pixie Stick was at the shelter, getting her to walk outside of her kennel was a near impossible task. After a few days at her foster home, her foster mom realized that she was not only frightened of the outside world, but she had clearly never been leash trained! Fast forward to yesterday when she walked (part of the way at least
) into the vet’s office all on her own!
Pixie Stick is every bit as sweet as her name, she loves people, other dogs, kids and even cats!
We watch the medical transformations all the time, but the behavioral ones are just as gratifying to see! Princess Pixie is getting braver and more comfortable every single day. She’s still working on some of the medical stuff, but we’re getting all of that resolved. Pixie will be available for adoption very soon!
